Key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the preparation, maintenance and organisation of health and safety documentation and records.
  • Supporting the coordination and delivery of site inductions for new starters and site personnel.
  • Ensuring induction records, attendance registers and associated documentation are accurately maintained.
  • Assisting with the management of training records, certifications and other relevant compliance information.
  • Liaising with site teams, subcontractors and other stakeholders to support effective communication and the smooth running of site processes.
  • Helping to maintain accurate, up-to-date information and ensuring documentation is readily accessible when required.
  • Supporting the wider project team in promoting a positive health and safety culture across the site.

About You

We are looking for an organised, proactive and enthusiastic individual who takes pride in their work and is keen to learn and develop.

You will ideally have:

  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage professionally with a range of people.
  • A methodical approach to administration, record keeping and document management.
  • Basic IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively as part of a team.
  • A positive attitude towards health and safety, with a willingness to learn about construction site procedures and requirements.
